WW2 U.S. red cross armband

THESE PICTURES BELONG TO THE COMPLETE WW2 U.S. MEDIC MANNEQUIN!
ITEM WILL NOT BE SOLD SEPARATE!!!

The red cross armband was worn on the left arm, to indentify the wearer as a medic for both friendly as enemy side.
The armband is fastened with a safety pin around the arm.

This armband has a red cross stitched on it.
Some of the stitching came a bit loose, but nothing really disturbing.
On the back there is stamped “M 315846”.
On the side of the cross appears to have been an other sort of marking, but that is faded beyond recognition.
