WW2 German party badge “Tag der Seefahrt” (maritime day) 1935

A party badge or the so called “Tinnie”.
Biggest reason that these badges were issued was to raise money for the Nazi party when there was a party meeting, but there were also badges that could be bought on street corners and local shops to show that you had sympathy with the Nazi party.
Material could be very different, because there are badges that were made from copper, brass, tombak, nickel, aluminium, tin, zinc, plastic and even cardboard.
All badges shown are 100% original WWII production and came from my own collection.

marked on the back with “j.dinnebier nachf. Ludenscheid”
