WW2 U.S. machinegun wrench .50 (No. 4)


Description / purpose:
Here a WW2 U.S. .50 machinegun wrench.
It is officially known as the "Wrench muzzle / combo"
The wrench has a multifunctional use, so that the operators didn't had to carry around a lot of tools.
Nice item for static display on a re-enactment come together or just to add to an collection as an extra item that you won't encounter much.

Mentioned in "GI collector's guide Volume 2" page 67

in the handle is printed "Wrench, MG, Cal..50" and some additional numbers and letters.
Around the round head is printed in the metal "Adj. Screw" and on the side with the 2 pins is printed "muzzle clamp".
