WW2 U.S. 1st pattern Mackinaw coat

THESE PICTURES BELONG TO THE COMPLETE WW2 U.S. MEDIC MANNEQUIN!

This is a very nice WW2 U.S. Mackinaw coat.
It is the 1st pattern that can be seen by the collar that has wool faced outside.
Also belt loops are present, however there is no belt with the jacket.

Jacket has no labels or stamps, but guaranteed wartime because of the fact it is a 1st pattern jacket.

Jacket is light used, has some stains, but no rips or tears.
The right side bottom button is replaced in time.

Same jacket can be found in “GI collectors guide Vol.I” on page 48.
It is the version on the upper left side.
